PVA: Explanation for the change of over 5% in operating result in QII- 2010

According to the Financial Statement Quarter II/2010, net income is increase 962% compared to Quarter II/2009. PetroVietnam Nghe An Construction JSC explained the increase in operating result in QII/ 2010 as follows:

- With the support of Vietnam Oil and Gas Group, PVA was given key projects such as: Vung Ang ThermoElectric, Anh Son cement Plant, Hua Na Hydrolectric, and continued with PetroVietnam Building project, Nghi Phu residental building..

- Thanks to the directions of Management board, the cooperation within the company, PVA has completed all projects on time.

- Besides, in Quarter 2/2010, the revenue has increased by VND 19,424,727,273 from the difference in revaluation of assets contributed in subsidiary company (VIP PetroVietnam Investment JSC).
