* Ex-right date: August 26, 2010

(In case of put-through trading with volume from 100,000 shares and over on August 26 & 27, 2010 sellers will not receive the rights.)

* Record date: August 30, 2010

* Dividend pay-out ratio: 10%/ par value (VND1,000/ share)

* Purpose: To make the first dividend payment for 2010 to the existing shareholders
