PetroVietnam Securities Incorporated announces the Board Resolution approved on 21/7/2010 as follows:

1. Agreed on Operating report of the first 6 months of 2010 of Management Board

2. Agreed on Operating report of the first 6 months of 2010 of Supervisory Board

3. Agreed on Evaluating report on the company operation of the first 6 months of the BOD.

4. Agreed on Plan to establish Hanoi Branch, completed all necessary procedures in Quarter III/2010, opening ceremony in October, 2010.

5. Agreed on Plan to establish Trading Office in PetroVietnam Building and in No. 6 Huynh Thuc Khang Street.

6. Amendment of Investment Bylaws

7. Amendment of Brokerage and Customer network development Bylaws

8. Adjustment of Salary fund of 2010

9. Agreed on the first dividend payment plan of 2010 with expected exercise rate of 6%, expected exercise date at August 2010.

10. Asigned Mr. Tran Ngoc Doc as Chief Accountant.
