VNM: Construction of the Viet Nam diary factory

Viet Nam Dairy Products Joint Stock Company (Vinamilk) has informed of constructing the Viet Nam diary factory as follows:

On 6th August 2010, Vinamilk held the ground-breaking ceremony to build the Viet Nam Diary factory with area of 20 hectares in the My Phuoc Industrial Zone, Binh Duong Province. The factory has capacity of 400 million liters per year and increases to 800 million liters per year to meet demand in the Southern area in the next 5 years.

- Production line of the factory is manufactured by European suppliers. This is the biggest diary product processing factory in Vietnam and Asean with the maximum automatic standard.

- Initial investment cost: USD120 million

- The factory is expected to put into operation at the end of 2012.
