- Reasons: Issue of bonus shares and Second Dividend payment of 2009 by share
1. Information on Second dividend payment of 2009 by share
+ Exercise rate: 36.93% (Shareholders receive 36.93 shares for every 100 shares they own). The number of shares shareholder receive is rounded down to unit digit. Odd share shall be cancelled.
2. Information on bonus shares issue:
+ Stock type: Common stock, no transfer restriction
+ Exercise rate: 13,07% (Shareholders receive 13,07 bonus shares for every 100 shares they own. The number of shares shareholder receive is rounded down to unit digit). Odd share shall be cancelled.
+ Place of exercise:

- For undeposited shares: Viet - Duc Welding Electrode Joint Stock Company on working days (From Monday to Saturday).
Securities certificate and Identification Card (Original copy) are required. In case of authorization, a proxy with certified seal of the local authority is further requested.
