Petrolimex Saigon Transportation and Service JSC announces the Board Resolution approved on 23/7/2010 as follows:

1. Operating results of the first 6 months of 2010:

- Total revenue: VND 460,797 mil

- Total expenses: VND 453,222 mil

- Total profit before tax: VND 7,574 mil

- Average income: VND 6,2 mil/ person

2. Plan for the last 6 months of 2010:

- Total profit before tax: VND 5,500 mil

- Average income: VND 6,2 mil/ person

- Investment plan:

+ Agreed on the acquisition of 2 pieces of land in Binh Duong to build Gas station

+ Acquisition of house in 120 Huynh Tan Phat Street, District 7, HCM City in order to maintain the operation of Gas station No.1

+ Start the construction of Office building in Sep.2010

+ Prepare for the next seasoned issue. Agreed on the First Dividend payment of 2010 of 10%, record date is expected on August.2010.
