NHC: Board Resolution
Nhi Hiep Brick-Tile Co-operation announces the Board Resolution approved on 23/7/2010 as follows:
1. Operating results of the Quarter II and the first 6 months of 2010:
- Revenue of Quarter II: VND 17.73 bil
- Profit of Quarter II: VND 3 bil
- Revenue of the first 6 months: VND 31.52 bil
- Profit of the first 6 months: VND 5.42 bil
2. Plan for Quarter III/2010:
- Revenue: VND 19.93 bil
- Profit: VND 2.98 bil
3. Agreed on Dividend payment of the first 6 months of 2010: 17% (Shareholders received VND 1,700 for every 01 share they owned)
4. Agreed on the acquisition of 9% of shares outstanding for treasury stock to stabilize share price
5. Completed the acquisition of land in Tan Uyen
6. Installation of the third crusher as at the end of quarter III/2010
7. Asking for permission to make investment on clay pit in Binh Duong.
