Article 5: Approving of stopping business activities of a store at Co.op Suoi Tien Market – 120 Ha Noi Highway, Tan Phu Ward, Dist. 9, HCMC. as from August 31, 2010.
Article 6: Approving conclusion with Dong A Real Estate Joint Stock Company for fixing a store at 174 Le Thanh Ton St., Ben Thanh Ward, Dist. 1, HCMC.
Article 7: Approving conclusion with Dong A Real Estate Joint Stock Company for fixing a store at 123 Hung Vuong St., Da Nang City.
Article 8: Approving conclusion with Golden Space Interior Decorate Joint Stock Company (*) for making stalls and shelves.
Article 9: Assigning Ms. Cao Thi Ngoc Dung – the CEO to implement the decisions.
