*  Ex-right date: August 11, 2010

(In case of put-through trading with volume from 100,000 shares and over on August 11 & 12, 2010 sellers will not receive the rights.)

* Record date: August 13, 2010

* Dividend pay-out ratio: 7%/ par value (VND700/ share)

* Purpose: To make the first dividend payment for 2009.
