- Sales in Q2/2010 was VND392.35 billion, increasing 255.12% or VND238.56 billion compared to Q2/2009.
Reasons:
- Earnings from transference contracts of using lands, in which transference of the project of the - Nam An Khanh new urban accounted for 90% of sales in Q2/2010.
- Financial income in Q2/2010 was VND18.98 billion, increasing 138.31% or VND5.22 billion. Earnings were mainly from the activities of capital management mandate and deposit interest rate.
