Revenue in the first six months of 2010 was VND262,603,845,932, increasing by VND261,170,197,343 compared with the first six months of 2009 because in the first six months of 2009 the Company was investing projects and did not gain sales.
Other profit before tax in the first half of 2010 was VND42,672,379,469, mainly from the difference in re-evaluating the land-use right of an area in Ward 6, Go Vap District, Hochiminh City in order to join capital in the construction of apartments of 584 LILAMA SHB PLAZA according to a cooperation contract between TECBIS 584 JSC and Lilama SHB.
