CTN announces the notice of record date for bonus share issue as follows:

- Stock code: CTN
- Par value: VND 10,000
- Stock type: Common stock
- Record date: 14/09/2010
- Ex-date: For T+3 transactions: 10/09/2010
- Reasons: Issue of bonus shares
Information on bonus shares issue:
+ Stock type: Common stock, no transfer restriction
+ Exercise rate: 10:3 (Shareholders receive 03 new shares for every 10 shares they own. The number of shares shareholder receive is rounded down to unit digit)
+ Place of exercise:
- For deposited shares: Securities companies where shares of shareholders have been depostied.
- For undeposited shares: Head office of Underground Works Construction JSC on working days (From Monday to Saturday).
Securities certificate and Identification Card (Original copy) are required. In case of authorization, a proxy with certified seal of the local authority is further requested.
