AAM: Resolution on a dividend payment

Mekong Fisheries Joint Stock Company announced the resolution of the Board of Directors on the first dividend payment of 2010:

According to the Company’s profit in the first six months of 2010 worth about VND27,682,844,966, the Board of Directors decided to pay dividend in cash to the existing shareholders:  

* Record date: August 31, 3010

* Par value: VND10,000/share

* Payment rate: 10%/par value (Or VND1,000/share)

* Payment method: In cash

* Payment date: Expected on September 20, 2010.
