KSB: Resolution of the Board of Directors
Binh Duong Mineral and Construction Joint Stock Company (BIMICO) announced the resolution of the Board of Directors dated August 13, 2010 as follows:
Article 1: Approving business result in the first six months and July 2010:
- Revenue: 70% of plan
- Profit before tax: 74% of plan
- Payment to the State budget: 56% of plan
- Basic EPS: 74% of plan
Article 2: Assessing the implementation of investment projects in 2010, new investment in building materials, real estate and other services.
Article 3: Approving business plan for the last six months of 2010: Expanding market to increase the sales of products, real estate and services; completing the preparation stages to implement projects in 2011…
Article 4: Basing on the audited profit in the first six months and the implemented profit in July 2010, the Company will make the first dividend payment of 2010 at 11%/charter capital.
Article 5: The Directorate and relating departments are responsible for executing this resolution.
