NNC: Resolution on a dividend payment

On August 10th 2010, the Board of Directors of Nui Nho Stone Co-operation (NNC) held an extraordinary meeting and unanimously approved to pay 34%/par value (Or VND3,400/share) for the first dividend payment of 2010, in which:

- The remaining dividend fund of 2009: VND800

- Dividend of the first six months of 2010: VND2,600.

- Payment date: September 15, 2010.
