Education financial investment JSC announces the Board Resolution approved on 22/7/2010 as follows:

To merge Hanoi Education Development and Investment JSC (EID) into Education financial investment JSC (EFI) with ratio 1:1.

To summon an extraordinary general meeting of sharehoders to approve the mergence. Expected time: from 10/9/2010 to 10/10/2010

To assign the Manager of Education financial investment JSC to sign the mergence and related works.
