HTP announces the notice of record date for seasoned issue as follows:

+ For T+3 transactions: 18/8/2010
- Reasons: Dividend payment 2010 and exerting the share purchase right for outstanding shareholder

+ Exercise rate: 6% (Shareholders receive VND 600 for every 01 share they own)
+ Exercise date: 7/9/2010
+ Place of payment:
* Exerting the share purchase right for outstanding shareholder

+ Rights allotment rate: 1 share – 1 right
+ Exercise rate: 1 : 3 (Shareholders are entitled to buy 03 new share for every 01 share they own. The odd lot shares and shares unsold will be determined by the Board of Directors in terms of price and subject of the offering.
