HOM: Explanation for the change in operating result of QII/2010

According to the Financial Statement Quarter II/2010, profit before tax of the company decreased 45% compared to Quarter II/2009. Hoang Mai Cement JSC explained as follows:

- Revenue decreased in comparison with that of QII/2009

- The price of raw materials went up while the selling price kept unchanged as cement was in the list of price stabilization made by the Government.
