Dai Thien Loc Corporation has informed of the resolution of the BOD in the meeting dated 16th August 2010 as follows:

Article 1: Approving selling treasury shares:

*  Par value: VND10,000

* Owning volume of treasury shares before trading: 10,000 shares

* Registered volume to sell: 10,000 shares (0.021% of 48,487,470 shares outstanding)

* Purpose: Increase of liquid capital

* Expected trading time: 1st September 2010 to 29th November 2010 (Ensure to have 6-month distance, the ended date of the closet buying time as 2nd July 2010)

* Trading method: order matching and put through

* Authorized company to do trading: Saigon Securities Inc. (SSI)
