PGD: License of offering shares to public
On 18th August 2010, the State Securities Commission granted the license to the Petro VietNam Low Pressure GAS Distribution Joint Stock Company (PV GAS D JSC) for offering its shares to the public as follows:

* Par value: VND10,000
* Total offering volume: 9,900,000 shares, equivalent to VND99 billion
* In which
* To existing shareholders: 8,250,000 shares
* To employees: 1,650,000 shares
* Distribution period: within 90 days from the date of receipt of license
* Distribution method: Detail in the prospectus
* Consulting organization: Sai Gon Securities Inc. (SSI).
