BCI: Explanation for business result in Q2/2010

Binh Chanh Construction Investment Shareholding Company has explained business result in Q2/2010 as follows:

In the first 6 months 2010, the company strengthened investment and trading of projects. It successfully implemented the selling program “For peaceful settlement of the community” which focused on selling products of the projects such as Phong Phu 4 residential area, Nam Hung Vuong residential area, Nhat Lan apartment… In addition, the company has also completed infrastructure of projects to hand over the right of using land to customers. This led to increase of 171.48% in sales and 81.81% in after-tax profit in Q2/2010 in compare with Q2/2009.
