IFS: Suing ANZ Banking Group

On 24th August 2010, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange received Document No.476/CV-2010 of the Interfood Shareholding Company about the following issue:

The Interfood Shareholding Company has sued the Australia and New Zealand Banking Group Limited – Hanoi Branch about disputing the contract of bond underwriting consultancy. The People’s Supreme Court in Hanoi has handled the case in a law court.
