* Ex-right date: August 26, 2010

* (In case of put-through trading with volume from 100,000 shares and over on August 26 & 27, 2010 sellers will not receive the rights)

* Record date: August 30, 2010

* Dividend pay-out ratio: 34%/ par value (VND3,400/Share), In which:

+ Years 2009: 8% (VND800/Share)

+ The First 6 months of 2010: 26% (VND2,600/Share)

* Purpose: To make the left dividend payment for 2009 and the first dividend payment for 2010.
