TIC: Adjusting some contents in the annual shareholders’ meeting 2010
Tay Nguyen Electricity Investment Joint Stock Company has informed of adjusting some contents passed in the annual shareholders’ meeting dated 18th June 2010 as follows:
1. Content 1: Issuing bonus shares from the fund of development investment
Additional content: Issuing bonus shares from the fund of development investment, raising chartered capital, listing the number of additional shares
2. Content 2: Converting bonds in the second time 2007 (H’Mun) into common shares, raising chartered capital from July 2010
Additional content: Converting bonds in the second time 2007 (H’Mun) into common shares, raising chartered capital and listing the number of additional shares.
Reasons: In the minutes of the annual shareholders’ meeting 2010, the Secretary Board fully wrote down all contents above, however, when drafting and issuing the resolution of the meeting, they missed some words.
