* Stock type: Common stock
* Par value: VND 10,000
* Ex-right date: September 01, 2010
(In case of put-through trading with volume from 100,000 shares and over on September 01 & 03, 2010 sellers will not receive the rights)
* Record date: September 06, 2010
* Dividend pay-out ratio: 10%/ par value (VND1,000/ share)
* Purpose: To make the first dividend payment for 2010.
* Payment date: September 20, 2010
Place & procedure of payment:
- Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: At the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.
- Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: At Mekong Fisheries Joint Stock Company, Lot 24, Tra Noc Industrial Park, Binh Thuy District, Can Tho from September 21, 2010 to September 30, 2010.
