SDY announces the notice of record date for seasoned issue as follows:

Information on share purchase rights of outstanding shareholders:
+ Stock type: No transfer restriction
+ Share price: VND 10,000 per share
+ Rights allotment rate: 1 share – 1 right
+ Exercise rate: 1 : 2 (Shareholders are entitled to buy 02 new share for every 01 rights they own. The number of shares shareholder can buy is rounded down to unit digit). The odd lot shares and shares unsold will be determined by the Board of Directors in terms of price (Not under than VND 10,000 per share) and subject of the offering.
+ Time for transfer of share purchase rights: From 28/7/2010 to 20/08/2010.
+ Time of registration for purchase: From 28/7/2010 to 24/08/2010
+ The owner of share purchase rights can transfer his rights once to another person through negotiation, The rights transferred can not be transferred to the third party.

- For undeposited shares: Song Da Yaly Cement JSC on working days (From Monday to Saturday).
Securities certificate and Identification Card (Original copy) are required. In case of authorization, a proxy with certified seal of the local authority is further requested.
