AGD: Peaking at the ceiling price in 5 consecutive trading dates

Godaco Seafood Joint Stock Company has explained of peaking at the ceiling price in 5 consecutive trading dates as follows:

* From 8th March 2010 to 10th May 2010, Mr. Nguyen Van Dao – BOD Chairman & General Director had bought 100,000 shares and Mr. Le Son Tung – BOD member & Deputy General Director had bought 50,000 shares.

* Current business activities of the company have run well. After-tax profit (Un-audited figures) in the first 5 months in 2010 was VND13.5 billion

* From 25th June 2010 to 30th June 2010, price of AGD stock had peaked at the ceiling price in 5 consecutive trading dates due to the situation of local securities market. It was out of control of the company.
