OGC: The BOD’s resolution

Ocean Group., JSC has announced the BOD’s resolution as follows:

Article 1: Appointing Mr. Vu Hong Son – a Member of the BOD as a Deputy Chairman of the BOD as from June 21, 2010.

Article 2: Approving assignments for members in the BOD:

- Mr. Ha Van Tham – Chairman of the BOD

- Mr. Vu Hong Son – Deputy Chairman of the BOD

- Mr. Preben Hjortlund – a Member of the BOD

- Ms. Ngo Thi Hong Hai – a Member of the BOD and Deputy CEO

- Ms. Le Thi Thu Thuy – a Member of the BOD responsible for operations in Ocean Bank.

Article 3: Assigning responsibilities to members.

Article 4: The resolution is valid as from June 21, 2010.
