PXI: Personnel change in the Management Board and BOD

Petroleum Industrial & Civil Construction Joint Stock Company has informed of personnel change in the Management Board and BOD as follows:

* Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu Huong has left the position of BOD member of the company

* Reason: Leaving the position to focus on her work in the Petrovietnam Construction Joint Stock Coproration.

* Mr. Bui Van Dau has left the position of Deputy General Director of the company to do other assignment

* Mr. Bui Van Dau has temporarily appointed to BOD member instead of Ms Nguyen Thi Thu Huong until the company holds the upcoming shareholders’ meeting.

* All the issues above are valid from 6th July 2010.
