DPM: Contributing capital to set up PSP

Petrovietnam Fertilizer and Chemicals Corporation (PVFCCo) has informed of contributing capital to set up the Petrovietnam Packaging Joint Stock Company (PSP) as follows:

* PSP is established with total chartered capital of VND25 billion. Its shareholders are the PetroVietnam General Services Joint Stock Corporation (51%), Trang Hoang My Co., Ltd. (30%) and PVFCCo (19%).

* Businesses of PSP: producing package, trading plastic and fertilizer.

* Location: Bac Lieu Commune, Bac Lieu Province.
