KHP: Using capital from share offering

Khanh Hoa Power Joint Stock Company has informed of using capital from share offering to the public at the end of 2009 and the beginning of 2010 as follows:

1. Share offering result:

- Stock type: Common stock

- Par value: VND10,000/share

- Total offering volume: 21,088,639 shares

+ To existing shareholders: 20,890,068 shares

+ To employees: 97,300 shares

+ Strategic shareholder (EVN): 101,271 shares

+ Sold volume: 20,661,228 shares

- Earnings from share offering: VND206,612,280,000

2. Using capital from share offering:

- Purpose of offering: To pay the loan of buying the Grid 110kV Khanh Hoa which has been taken over on 1st January 2008 from the Vietnam Electricity (EVN).

- Using capital from share offering:

+ Partly paying the loan of buying the Grid 110kV Khanh Hoa to EVN with the amount of VND101,677,478,247.

+ The remaining amount of VND104,934,801,753 used to pay the loan of the Grid under the progress of the loan contract between the Khanh Hoa Power Joint Stock Company and EVN.
