MAC: Notice of record date for dividend payment and seasoned issue
MAC announces the notice of record date for dividend payment and seasoned issue as follows:
- Issuer: Marine supply and engineering service JSC
- Stock code: MAC
- Par value: VND 10,000
- Stock type: Common stock
- Record date: 21/7/2010
- Ex-date: 19/7/2010
- Reasons: dividend payment for 2009 and seasoned issue
1. Information on dividend payment for 2009:
a. Dividend payment by cash:
- Exercise rate: 5% (Shareholders receive VND 500 for every 01 share they own)
- Exercise date: 12/8/2010
- Place of payment:
+ For deposited shares: Securities companies where shares of shareholders have been deposited.
+ For undeposited shares: Marine supply and engineering service JSC on working days (From Monday to Saturday). Securities certificate and Identification Card (Original copy) are required. In case of authorization, a proxy with certified seal of the local authority is further requested in addtion to the mentioned above.
b. Dividend payment by share:
- Exercise rate: 12,5% (Shareholders receive 0,125 share for every 01 share they own)
- Exercise date: Expected in September, 2010.
- The number of shares shareholder receive is rounded down to unit digit.
- Place of payment:
+ For deposited shares: Securities companies where shares of shareholders have been deposited.
+ For undeposited shares: Marine supply and engineering service JSC on working days (From Monday to Saturday). Securities certificate and Identification Card (Original copy) are required. In case of authorization, a proxy with certified seal of the local authority is further requested in addtion to the mentioned above.
2. Information on seasoned issue to outstanding shareholders:
- Volume of share to be issued: 800,000 shares
- Stock type: No transfer restriction
- Share price : VND 10,000 per share
- Rights allotment rate: 1 share – 1 right
- Exercise rate: 4 : 1 (Shareholders are entitled to buy 01 new share for every 04 rights they own. The number of shares shareholder can buy is rounded down to unit digit). The odd shares and shares unsold will be determined by the Board of Directors in terms of price and subject of the offering.
- Time for transfer of share purchase rights: From 02/8/2010 to 25/8/2010.
- Time of registration for purchase: From 02/8/2010 to 27/8/2010
- The owner of share purchase rights can transfer his rights once to another person through negotiation, The rights transferred can not be transferred to the third party.
