V15: Board Resolution

Vietnam Construction JSC No.15 announces the Board Resolution approved on 06/07/2010 as follows:

1. Ratify the fundraising plan to increase charter capital from VND 60 billion to VND 100 billion.

2. Ratify the content of the ballot:

- The fundraising plan to increase charter capital from VND 60 billion to VND 100 billion;

- Amendment of the Charter after the issue;

- Listing new shares on HNX;

- Assigning the BOD to carry out procedures relating to seasoned issue, Charter amendment and additional listing.
