VCM: Investment into supsidiary and associate company

Vinaconex Trading and Manpower JSC announces the investment into its subsidiary and associate company as follows:

1. Buy 204,000 shares in the seasoned issue of Vinaconex Trading Joint Stock Company (Vinatra). After the purchase, Vinaconex Trading and Manpower JSC holds 714,000 shares of Vinatra, accounting for 51% of Vinatra’s shares.

2. Buy 300,000 shares of Vinaconex Mart JSC. After the purchase, Vinaconex Trading and Manpower JSC holds 300,000 shares of Vinaconex Mart JSC, accounting for 20% of Vinaconex Mart JSC’s shares.
