KSS: The record date for an additional issuance
HOSE announces the record date to issue new shares of Nari Hamico Minerals Joint Stock Company as follows:
* Stock symbol: KSS
* Stock type: Common stock
* Par value: VND10,000
* Ex-right date: July 21, 2010
* (In case of put-through trading with volume from 100,000 shares and over on July 21, 2010 & July 22, 2010, sellers will not receive the right)
* Record date: July 23, 2010
* Purpose: to offer new shares to the existing shareholders.
- Exercise ratio: 1:1 (A shareholder owning 01 share will get 01 right, and owning every 01 right will be entitled to buy 01 new share.)
- Issue price :VND12,000/share
- Time to transfer rights: From August 06, 2010 to August 30, 2010
- Rights to buy shares are transferred only once.
- The new shares are transferable
- Time to register and deposit money to buy shares: From August 06 to September 03, 2010
- The undistributed shares will be offered to other objects at a price not less than VND12,000/share.
