Long Giang Investment and Urban Development Joint Stock Company (short name: Long Giang Land) will buy back shares from its employees:

* Stock symbol: LGL

* Number of treasury shares before trading: 0 shares

* Number of shares registered to buy back: 2,900 shares

* Number of treasury shares after trading: 2,900 shares

* Purpose: To buy shares from the employees who left the Company. 

* Trading method: Not through the floor. The Company will pay in cash to the employees.

* Trading period: From July 19, 2010 to August 18, 2010.
