SACOM Development and Investment Corporation announced the result of selling of treasury stock:

* Number of treasury shares registered to sell: 1,200,000 shares

* Sold: 0 shares

* Number of treasury shares remaining: 1,200,000 shares

* Reason: From 04/12/2010 to 07/12/2010, SAM market price was lower than VND34,200/share - the price SACOM expected. SACOM will continue registering to sell treasury shares.
