Tan Tao Investment Industry Corporation (ITACO) has registered to buy back and withdraw ITA shares from the employees who left the Company:

* Volume registered to by back: 316,900 shares

* Volume withdrawn: 254,395 shares

* Financial resource: Undistributed profit at December 31, 2009.

* Buy-back price: VND10,000/share

* Trading method: Not through the trading floor.

* Trading period: From July 12, 2010 to July 31, 2010.
