The old BOD:

* Mr. Nguyen Van Dung: Member of BOD

* Ms. Do Thi Huyen: Member of BOD

The new BOD:

* Mr. Vu Quang Thinh: BOD Chairman

* Mr. Nguyen Son: member of BOD

* Mr. Vu Hong Quynh: member of BOD

Reason: The members of the old BOD resigned from their positions

Effective date: July 06, 2010.
