VKP: The BOD’s resolution
Viky Plastic Joint Stock Company (VIKY PLASTIC Co.) has announced the BOD’s resolution as follows:
1. Appointing Mr. Truong Tu De as the Chairman of the BOD to replace Ms. Do Thi Lan Chi in the term 2008-2010 as from July 08, 2010.
2. Appointing Ms. Nguyen Thi Tuyet Lan – a Member of the Supervisory Board as a secretary of the BOD as from July 06, 2010.
3. Approving appointment of Mr. Nguyen Minh Tien to a new Director. Deputy Directors are: Mr. Nguyen Huy Chinh - Administration and Labor Deputy Director, Ms. Huynh Thu Ha – Business Deputy Director and Ms. Nguyen Thi Hong Oanh – Financial Deputy Director and Chief Accountant.
4. The BOD and Mangement Board underwrote for VIKY PLASTIC Company to pay whole overdue debts: Mr. Truong Tu De – VND5 billion, Ms. Huynh Thu Ha - VND5 billion, Mr. Nguyen Minh Tien - VND5 billion, Mr. Nguyen Huy Chinh and Nguyen Thi Hong Oanh – depending on their own financial ability. The members will deposit money after VietTinBank – Branch No.12 approve splitting of 2.2ha land to ensure loans of the members and give priority in payment to the members once the company sells the land.
5. Asking VietTinBank – Branch No.12 continuously about extending credit limit. After paying whole overdue debts, the company will complete documents for the bank to get the new credit limit for business in 2010-2011.
