IJC: Personnel change
Becamex Infrastructure Development Joint Stock Company (Becamex IJC) has informed of changing BOD Chairman of the company as follows:
Mr. Bui Van Duc is the representative of the Investment and Industrial Development Company to manage its contribution capital at Becamex IJC and also keeps the position of BOD Chairman of Becamex IJC.
Due to the Investment and Industrial Development Company transformed into the Investment and Industrial Development Corporation - one-member limited liability company (Becamex IDC Corp.) and Mr Bui Van Duc currently keeps the position of the Vice-chairman of the Member Board, under the regulation of Becamex DIC Corp., member of the Member Board cannot keep any position of management in member companies.
Therefore, in order to comply with the regulation, Becamex IDC Corp. has decided to replace Mr Bui Van Duc with Mr Trinh Phuoc Hiep to manage its contribution capital at Becamex IJC.
On 9th July 2010, the BOD of Becamex IJC approved of leaving the position of BOD Chairman of Mr. Bui Van Duc. He has not also participated in the BOD of the company from 9th July 2010. The BOD has agreed to assign Mr Trinh Phuoc Hiep to a BOD member and appoint him to BOD Chairman of the company.
