CNT: Using capital from share offering

Construction and Materials Trading Joint Stock Company has informed of using capital from share offering to the public in 2009 as follows:

1. Offering share to the public

- Total offering volume: 2,000,000 shares

- Par value: VND10,000/share

- Bidding time: From 21/12/2009 to 18/01/2010

- Net income from share offering: VND39,889,686,500

2. Income from share offering has been added to owner’s equity in 2009 to implement the C&T Plaza project at An Phu Ward, Dist.2, HCMC.

On 7th June 2010, the company had to pay the amount of VND42,276,083,629 to the An Pho Dong Company for land lease under the contract No.1 dated 22/12/2009.
