Vincom Joint Stock Company (VINCOM JSC) has announced a decision of the BOD as follows:

Article 1: Contributing capital to found Thang Long Properties Trading & Investment J.S Company (*)

Company name: Thang Long Properties Trading & Investment J.S Company.

Charter capital: 50 billion dongs

Capital ratio of VINCOM JSC: 17.5 billion dongs (35% charter capital of Thang Long Properties Trading & Investment J.S Co.)

Article 2: Appointing Ms. Mai Huong Noi – the CEO as the capital representative to manage the capital at Thang Long Properties Trading & Investment JSC.

Ms. Mai Huong Noi was authorized to sign legal documents related to the capital contribution.

Article 3: The decision is valid as from June 29, 2010.
