* Business license: 1200975943 granted by the Department of Planning and Investment of Tien Giang for the first time on November 13, 2009.

* Charter capital: VND5,000,000,000.

* Head office: 908 Ly Thuong Kiet, Ward 5, My Tho, Tien Giang.

* Legal representative: Ms. Pham Diep Thu Hien – BOD Chairwoman cum Director.

* Business activities: Wholesale trading in medicine, equipment, medical appliances. Wholesale trading in functional food and cosmetics.

* The Company officially opened in July 2010.
