* Ex-right date: July 13, 2010

(In case of put-through trading with volume from 100,000 shares and over on July 13 & 14, 2010, sellers will not receive the right)

* Record date: July 15, 2010

* Purpose: To ballot shareholders on the listing of the shares which were issued to pay dividend.

* Content of ballot: Listing all of the new shares which were issued to pay dividend at a ratio of 10% and approved at the General Meeting on April 29, 2010.
