ACB introduces EMV chip international cards

Asia Commercial Bank (ACB) has recently launched its first EMV chip international cards, which are magnetic cards embossed with chips capable of large information storage, complying with Europay, MasterCard and Visa (EMV) standards.

The card will also offer more security against ATM assault and robbery, lost wallet and personal travel liability.

The bank plans to integrate additional applications to the cards such as loyalty programmes and debit and credit functions.
