TRI: Peaking at the ceiling price in 5 consecutive trading dates
Sai Gon Beverages Joint Stock Company has explained of peaking at the ceiling price in 5 consecutive trading dates from 22nd June 2010 to 28th June 2010 as follows:
1. On 15th June 2010, the annual shareholders’ meeting 2009 of the company approved the following issues:
- Result of business in 2009 with net sales as VND575.75 billion, pre-tax profit as (VND86.18 billion).
- Plan of sales and profit in 2010 with net sales as VND620.9 billion, increasing 8.4% compared to 2009 and pre-tax profit as VND1.86 billion.
- Plan of restructuring business activities and finance.
2. On 16th June 2010, the company disclosed the information above to the State Securities Commission, HOSE and on the website of the company
3. On 22nd June 2010, TRI stock was no longer suspended trading on HOSE and transferred to be controlled under the Decision No.117/QD-SGDHCM of HOSE.
4. Trading TRI stock is done on HOSE, thus peaking at the ceiling price of TRI stock in 5 consecutive trading dates is because the information above has positively impacted on the market. This is out of control of the company.
