NBB: Transferring right of capital contribution to SII

NBB Investment Corporation (NBB) has informed of transferring right of capital contribution of the Diamond Riverside Project to the Saigon Real Estate Infrastructure Investment JSC (SII) as follows:

* According to the resolution of the BOD No.30/QD-HDQT dated 14th June 2010, NBB has approved of transferring 40% right of investment on the Diamond Riverside Project (NBB is the investment owner). On 29th June 2010, NBB and SII signed a cooperation contract for the Diamond Riverside Project. NBB has transferred 40% rights of capital contribution to SII.

* Until 30th June 2010, NBB has basically completed the profit under the plan of the whole year 2010 passed in the annual shareholders’ meeting dated 27th April 2010.
