PXT: Resolution of the BOD

Petroleum Pipeline & Tank Construction Joint Stock Company (PVC-PT) has informed of the resolution of the BOD meeting dated 18th June 2010 with passing the following contents:

* Dismissing Mr. Nguyen Van Dong and Mr. Do Dac Tho from the position of BOD members of PVC-PT.

* Appointing Mr. Nguyen Huu Duc – the capital representative of the Vietnam Construction Joint Stock Corporation (PVC) at PVC-PT and Mr. Nguyen Van Binh – Deputy General Director of PVC-PT to BOD members of PVC-PT.

* Dismissing Mr. Do Dac Tho from the position of General Director.

* Appointing Mr. Nguyen Huu Duc to General Director and the legal representative.
