Meca Vneco Investment and Electricity Construction Joint Stock Company announced the personnel change as follows:

Mr. Pham Duc Dai resigned the post of a member of the Supervisory Board. Therefore, the Supervisory Board includes the following persons:

* Mr. Ho Van Quang: Head of the Supervisory Board

* Mr.Vo Thanh Luong: Member of the Supervisory Board.

Meca Vneco Investment and Electricity Construction Joint Stock Company will elect another member to the Supervisory Board in the 2010 Annual General Meeting on June 21, 2010.
